“The curriculum was ready on day one. I spent my energy on parents and teachers instead of building lesson plans.”

What you get
Everything except the local knowledge
That part is yours. The rest is ready before your doors open.
A curriculum that exists
Complete lesson plans, worksheets and assessments for every course you offer. Nothing to write yourself.
Training for you and your staff
Two weeks of onboarding covering teaching, operations and how to talk to parents — then refreshers as you add courses.
The software you will run on
Admissions, batches, attendance, fees and parent communication in one portal. Your centre appears on this site too.
Launch marketing
Creatives, a launch campaign and copy that has already worked in other cities. Adapted to yours.
Someone who answers
A named person you can call. Site visits when something is not working, not just when things are going well.
A protected area
We do not put a second centre next door. Your catchment is agreed in writing before you sign.
Formats
Start at the size that suits you
Most partners begin small and add rooms once the timetable is full. You can move up a format at any point.

Enquire about FlagshipInvestment depends on the format, your city and whether the space needs building work. We share the full cost sheet on the first call — no numbers hidden behind a form.
The process
From first call to first class
Usually eight to twelve weeks, most of it spent finding the right space. Nobody signs anything until step four.
Start the conversationApply and talk
A 30-minute call about your city, your background and what you want to build. We share the cost sheet and answer whatever you ask.
Territory check
We look at your area properly — schools, competition, catchment — and tell you honestly whether it will support a centre.
Visit a working centre
Spend a day at an operating partner centre. Watch classes, see the admin, ask the owner what they wish they had known.
Agreement and territory
Terms, protected area and fee structure in writing. This is the first point at which anything is committed.
Space and setup
We help you shortlist locations and lay out the rooms, then handle branding, signage and the equipment list.
Training
Two weeks for you and your teaching staff, ending with a mock week where you run real classes with real feedback.
Launch
A local campaign, an open day and enrolments before you open. Your centre goes live on this website the same week.
Ongoing support
Monthly reviews for the first year, then quarterly. New courses and materials arrive as they are released.
Who this suits
You will probably do well if…
- You already work in education, or you have run a business and can manage people.
- You want to be at the centre most days rather than treat it as passive income.
- You know your city — which localities are growing, which schools parents talk about.
- You are comfortable with a first year that is about reputation more than profit.
Who it does not
This is probably not for you if…
- You are looking for a hands-off investment with a manager running it.
- You need the centre to be profitable inside three months.
- You would rather set your own curriculum and brand.
We would rather say this now than have you find out in month six. If any of the right-hand list describes you, tell us on the first call and we will say so plainly.

Questions
Before you ask us
How much does it cost to start?
It depends on the format, your city and the state of the space you take. There is a franchise fee, a setup cost and working capital for the first few months. We send the full breakdown before the first call so you are not sitting through a pitch to find out.
Do I need a background in teaching?
No. Roughly half our partners come from other industries. What matters more is that you can hire and keep good teachers, and that you are willing to be present while the centre finds its feet. The teaching itself is trained and documented.
How long until the centre breaks even?
Most centres reach break-even somewhere between month eight and month fourteen. Anyone promising faster than that is guessing. The biggest variables are your rent and how quickly you fill the weekday afternoon slots.
Can I run it alongside another business?
The Studio format is designed for exactly that, since it runs evenings and weekends. A full Centre needs someone there during the day — if that is not you, it needs to be a manager you trust, hired before launch.
What if a centre already exists in my city?
Large cities support several centres in different catchments, and we map territories so partners are not competing with each other. In smaller cities we usually appoint one partner. Ask us and we will tell you what is available where you are.
What happens if it is not working?
We come and look. Most struggling centres have a fixable problem — the wrong timetable, weak enrolment follow-up, a bad location for footfall. The support team exists for this, not just for launches.
Do I own the students and the data?
You own the relationship with the families at your centre. The portal is licensed to you for as long as the agreement runs, and the terms set out plainly what happens to the records if either side walks away.

Tell us about your city
A few details is all we need to start. Someone from the partnership team will call you within 48 hours — and if your area will not support a centre, we will say so on that call rather than string you along.
We use your details to talk to you about a franchise and nothing else. No mailing list, no sharing with third parties.
